This invigorating blend combines the rich flavours of Bialetti Perfetto Moka Classico coffee with creamy banana and wholesome almond milk for a satisfyingly healthy treat.


What You'll Need

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen

  • 1/2 cup brewed Bialetti Perfetto Moka Classico coffee, cooled

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4-5 ice cubes


How It's Done

  1. Brew Bialetti Perfetto Moka Classico coffee according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool down.

  2. Once the coffee is cooled, add it to a blender.

  3. Add the frozen banana, almond milk, almond butter, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.


Optional Additions:

  • Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.

  • Sprinkle some cinnamon or cocoa powder on top for added flavour.

  • Garnish with sliced bananas or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for texture.
