What You'll Need


  • 1 tablespoon Stitch Matcha Powder (available for purchase on here)

  • 1 cup Pot Set Greek Style Yoghurt

  • 1 cup Vitasoy Almond Milk (unsweetened) or milk of choice

  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • Ice cubes (optional, if using fresh strawberries)


 

How It's Done


  1. Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh strawberries, wash and slice them. If using frozen strawberries, measure them out.

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the Stitch Matcha Powder, Greek style yoghurt, almond milk (or your preferred milk), honey, chia seeds, sliced strawberries, and flaxseed meal.

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add more yoghurt or ice cubes.

  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses.

  6. Optional Toppings: If desired, garnish with additional sliced strawberries or a sprinkle of flaxseed meal on top.
